Mr. Donahoe has over 20 years of commercial law practice experience representing clients in the wireless communications, software, technical sales, OEM, medical, commercial real estate, and construction industries in a broad range of litigation and transactional matters. He also has extensive experience in all aspects of business contracts, from inception, negotiation, preparation, and execution through dispute resolution and litigation, having served as lead counsel in numerous trials, arbitrations, and appeal proceedings.
Mr. Donahoe is experienced in representing small/medium businesses and individuals with contract negotiation and formation, as well as litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He strives to protect his clients’ interests and help solve their legal issues efficiently and in the most cost-effective manner reasonably available.

Mr. Donahoe specializes in business contracts, entity formation and related agreements, commercial real estate sales and leasing, business sales and acquisitions, construction law, and labor and employment law.
