Thomas Tuon is an Attorney whose practice ranges from taxes, intellectual property, and professional liability to real estate and construction litigation. Combining experience in both transactional and controversy matters, Thomas helps clients navigate licensing, compliance, and corporate structuring issues that arise at the intersection of innovation and regulation.
Mr. Tuon earned his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he received the Intellectual Property & Technology Law Certificate with honors and served two terms as editor for USF’s Intellectual Property Law Journal. He also served as social chair for USF’s Students in Taxation and Estate Planning Society. Outside of practice, Thomas supports a San Francisco–based nonprofit and enjoys staying active through golf and hockey.
