Mr. Gerson has been an attorney for over 15 years. His practice is often focused on construction litigation but extends to broader fields including, without limitation, commercial, contract, real estate, and tort law. Mr. Gerson’s experience includes representing individuals, businesses, and governmental units as both plaintiffs and defendants. His approach is to put clients first, serving as a genuine listener and collaborator and always pushing for results. He has extensive experience in state and federal trial and appellate courts. He is a proud member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society, America’s oldest academic honor society (established in 1776). While in law school, Mr. Gerson was a member of the mock trial honor society and law review. Mr. Gerson has been repeatedly honored with selections to Super Lawyers.
