Dave McGraw is an experienced litigator. Formerly a partner with Alvarado, Rus and McClellan and founder of the Law Offices of Dave M. McGraw, he is now an attorney with Rossi Domingue. Mr. McGraw has been lead counsel in over a thousand cases, specializing in real property litigation, title disputes, and creditors’ rights in bankruptcy. He has had three of his cases published nationally. Experienced, results-oriented, and insightful, Mr. McGraw has been privileged to count among his clientele many of the largest financial institutions in America and the world.
